Password Rules
Initial passwords consist of a random combination of numbers and letters. If you have lost or forgotten your initial password please contact the Syracuse Office to request a new password.
The first time you signed in to our website you were required to create a new password. This password conformed to the following rules:
- Password Requirements:
- The password must have a length between 8 and 15 characters.
- It must consist of only alphabetic and numeric characters.
- It must contain at least 1 alphabetic character (a-z, A-Z).
- It must contain at least 1 numeric character (0-9).
- It must not contain spaces.
